Hey again, you'll have to get in contact with your bank in order for them to pay the balance on the account otherwise you won't be able to get back in. If your bank has disputed it that means it caused a chargeback, causing your account to be locked.
I just cancel the subscription on both phone and my cpu ( i saw it did say non member ) so i bought again but on my google subscription it says subscribe active next payment Sep. 5 when i look at the budget & history on google it say 1 month membership $0.00 aug 12

also when i click secure.runescape.com/m=billing_core
when i click it ( 1 Month Member Subscription Darkgraal 12/08/2022 06/09/2022 ) it says membership stated on 12/8 instead of 8-11
