Yes one step at a time. I must give the organisation 30 days to correct my data. At this moment in time, I don't need to ask for copies of my data. The message alone from Jagex is accusing me of cheating, which in itself false. So yes, I've sent notification to Jagex to get this rectified.

Due to the nature of the offence(s) you have committed, your account has been permanently banned.

I was also going to email their Data Protection Officer that deals with issues over GDPR. However, the email they provided isn't working for me?

So it's a waiting game atm to get all this cleared up.

Managed to get an email to the DPO to clear my name.

I've also,

-Been to the local police station to report potential identity theft(they cant do anything atm without any hard evidence)

-I've had 3 reputable virus scan corp, plus the one that comes with windows all come back clear.

-I've contacted microsoft, cleared out all info from my email account, no suspicious activity was found.

-I've also contacted all banking services, changed cards, pins.

-I no longer use this device for anything but Runescape.

-I've contacted my ISP, changed the password, they found no suspicious activity.

-I've had a technician round to my house, he cant find anything wrong. I keep bothering him as I'm extremely stressed out and concerned. He has advised of a full factory reset if I'm that concerned. Yet he has almost assured me that my device is fine.

-My wife has been in tears. She is also just as concerned.

After clearing my name(I'm hoping Jagex will look over my account again). If Jagex come back that they are 100% sure that a macro was use from this device - then I will have to go back to the Police and report it. As I live alone with my wife and nobody has access to it but me. So any access must be coming from a different location disguising themselves as me!

The one thing that I am absolutely 100% clear about is that I, myself on this computer(the only device I play RS on) have never used any clients, software, bots, macros etc

Anymore advice from the RS community that I check?

As you have contacted the DPO, there is nothing more that can be done here and therefore this thread is closed. You will need to await the outcome from the DPO.

Again, as explained on your previous threads, the Forums may not be used to appeal or protest account bans.
