Sorry if I'm being a pain.
But I am still confused and need a few questions answering about my UIM account Exploro2 which was falsely banned.
If the thread wasn't locked I would have posted in it.
But these questions may help others in the RS community;
This will be my final post on the matter, I just need answers as I'm getting mixed messages from the community.
Perm ban - I read in one thread, that you do get the account back after time, can anyone confirm this?
If account is perm banned, never to return - why can I still log in and read messages, account status etc? Why is the account not disabled? - Is this because Jagex do allow them back after time passed?
If there is absolute no way of ever getting my account back - please could you post me in the right direction of having all my data removed from the said account, under GDPR. Thus so the email linked to my account can be used again, if I wish to create another UIM. Is there a forum area for such information?
Do I delete the account from authenticator and set up another? Any advice on how this is done?
Obviously I want my account back, I've never cheated. But it is what it is.
