I am a restricted account. 43 Combat - 99 Defence. I chose to give myself these limits knowing the consequences. I still choose to go on, attempt to max the account fully without combat. Iron Man is a fad set by streaming. I honestly believe this is a waste of dev time. It is not what the community, as a whole, wants. Only a small niche of players who were popularized by streaming. God forbid a pure and their community ever gets addressed. Nor the level 3 skillers or unique trophy builds as myself, we do not hold the rights to demands. We chose this play style.
I am voting yes. This is for one and one reason only. "Toggle off" iron man. These players have the choice to call it quits and continue their progress, rather than quitting the game itself. I've seen a lot of people follow my defence record. Only 2 of the 1,000+ made it. Those 2 players are no longer 43 combat. I would not be surprised if the rest of the community bashes ironman at poll though. I will wait and see.
With all this said. If you're willing to address unique and fad communities, why don't you address skillers? Never once in the history of the game have unique builds been a priority. QUESTION: If completion and max capes are ever introduced for the true elites of runescape, is a "max skiller" cape possible? To keep other unique player builds, such as myself happy, allow any level combat to wield these. The only players who would really benefit from these are the skillers anyhow. If you're a main who has maxed all non-combats, you have likely maxed combat as well. If they so wish, it's a third cape for them to have access to
