I have 2 suggestions for you guys!
1: In terms of double and tripple kills you don't really need to have a timer. More often than not fights can run down to all food being consumed and them somebody teleporting. Getting one kill in the wilderness is hard enough but recieving TWO without banking is hard enough. This is because as you get kills you not only consume food, but if you havent, food you can loot, and food in your inventory is sometimes ignored/eaten for loot space. Killing somebody for a berserker helm, rune platebody, rune leggs, rune kiteshield, dragon boots, combat bracelet, glory. Eats up alot of inventry space. Thats just ONE kill! not to mention 2,3, dare i say 4?.
Simply leaving the "killstreaks" definition as "getting X amount of INDIVIDUAL kills without leaving the wilderness" would be suficient. Ensuring each kill is a different player would also help prevent some abuse.

I really like that you made glorys more desireable to be used with the smite amulet. But why not give amulets of fury and Regen bracelets a bit of love too? Perhaps giving the amulet of fury the ability to be "imbued" with the new teleport tablets with no additional cost. Think of them like jewlery enchant tablets that u can still break and teleport, but can alternativly break and imbue the charge onto a Fury Amulet to save an inventory spot
Additionally regen bracelet is pretty useless for high level players. Currently it is out-done in all departments by barrows gloves. Now i understand barrows gloves are a very hard reward to get but what i am trying to get at is that regen bracelet is completely useless if you have unlocked barrows gloves.
It would be nice if perhaps you could imbue regen bracelet to give a 10% strength bonus during PVM fights while in the wilderness. This would give the regen braclet a use for higher level players who have unlocked barrows gloves while not de-valuing barrows gloves entirely.
