Jagex quit taking your time and just update oldschool to eoc with all the items(Torva-Spirit shields-Chaotics-Dragon Claws) just without the upgraded combat system, everyone wants the updates anyways right?

not everyone. And just because they can update doesn't mean all updates are good ones

I've seen Alfred's photo-tweet, he's already designed the Dragon Claws. Judging by the Q&A's I've seen both player and moderator alike in favor of Dragon Claws, as is upon original release. Below I will post a small compilation of arguments the player base has made (in favor of claws not being overpowered.)

- Dragon Claw's can be countered by Phoenix Necklace. A Phoenix Necklace restores a player by 30% of their HP when they drop below 20% HP value. The necklace also negated all hits after that which activated the necklace. So if the base hit of the claw special activates the necklace, you have effectively restored 30% of your HP and negated 50% of the claw damage.

- Rushing can be an eliminated factor. If you do not wish to be rushed the fix is simple. Stop PK'ing at banks and safe areas. The deeper in the Wilderness you go the safer you are from rushers.

- Special Attack: Slick & Dice is divided into 4 hit splats. The first being the base hit, the other three numbers are divided to add up to the sum of the base. This is not overwhelming compared to the Armadyl Godsword. If predicted correctly the player has time to restore HP upon the first hit splat of the Dragon Claws. Unlike Armadyl Godsword which will unleash the full damage upon impact.

A extra hint/note...

Dark Crab = +22 Hp
Phoenix Necklace = 30% Restoration
Saradomin Brew = 15% Restoration + 2, rounded down. Also boosts Defence by 20% +2, rounded down.

In quick succession (rounded down) I estimate a possibility to heal up to 67 hitpoints in one tick. This is nearly 85% of Dragon Claws max hit capability.
