The biggest thing that OSRS currently lacks is end-game content. By end-game, I mean things to do once you're of a higher level, where the challenge of the game has leveled out and the only difficulty that exists are challenges you put on yourself, such as iron man challenges or skill goals. However, I'd say all skills in OSRS are repetitive, not challenging, and therefore aren't fulfilling or a great number of players.
Certain things on this list like a quest, achievement diaries, and just *one* boss are all very micro updates. As in, once the update comes out, the experience is short-lived and generally doesn't do much for all the players, like me, who don't really have much of anything to do in the game right now.
So I'm going to vote for anything I think contributes to higher level players, because that's what'll keep people playing this game after a while. Raid bosses are a good start, and I mean *bosses* and not *boss*. Dungeoneering had a great affect on RS3 because it gave people a reason to keep playing even if they didn't have much to do anymore. People just found it fun. So anything along these lines gets my vote.
I also like the new continent, which I think could serve as a nice place to introduce new skilling methods from Artisan that I'm sure the J-Mods would still like to work with in order to give people more options to skill.
