I disagree. I think people supporting pride events are an absolute minority.
I can lead a horse to facts but I can't make them read it. Just look at real world polls on the subject.

Note: Not supporting a pride event does not mean that one hates people identifying themselves as LGBTQ!
Repeating a lie over and over doesn't make people believe it. It's just a fun event and it literally doesn't make sense for you to be against it other than hate.

We have a polling system in place for OSRS, so polling this literally takes minutes to setup. Then we would have the facts and would not need this discussion.
Look on the bright side! If the 'Pride Event' does end up being polled positively for implementation, I will have lost all my ammo for this discussion and shut up immediately!
However, I feel like you and Jagex think that a 'Pride Event' would not make it. That's why you're dodging and that's why Jagex is forcing it upon the community without polling.

Dear Sir, you are calling me a liar, a hater and you don't respect my opinion. I feel that you are excluding me, which is the opposite of the diversity and inclusion that this 'Pride Event' is promoting.

I'm not a Jagex employee so I can't implement a poll and I'm ambivalent on polling pride events. If Jagex wants to make some cash by promoting Jagex as an accepting company polling it would be self defeating. It's like Jagex making a "Do you like blacks/asians/middle easterners/jews?" poll.

Diversity and inclusion doesn't mean bigots too. It literally doesn't make sense to include them because they want to exclude the LGBTQ and the majority of people who support the LGBTQ.
Runescape is the new child grooming and indoctrination tool. This needs to stop. Why should children be forced to celebrate someone's sexuality?
It's very pedophic and needs to stop immediately.
Imagine trying to say this game shouldn't have gay people cause it's for kids/political when you can plant and grow weed. Just accept not everyone is the same as you and move on with your life for crying out loud.

Wow another person talking right out of their bum... my guy...Show me where this "weed" you can grow is? If you're talking about Herblore, then that's not "weed" like in the real world. It's literally fantasy. It's not marijuana or other illicit drugs. Don't you ever try that again.
It's fantastic to see that Old School RuneScape is once again celebrating Pride with a special in-game event. Events like this provide a wonderful opportunity for players to come together and express themselves, supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. The storyline with hopeless romantics trying to impress their love interests with poems sounds both fun and endearing. It's a creative way to involve players in the event and encourage them to participate in the Pride march.
Events like this help create an inclusive and welcoming environment in the game and promote diversity and self-expression. It's great to see gaming communities acknowledging and celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community. Happy Pride to all OSRS players and their allies!
