Seriously, runes need to be left alone. Especially nats!
There are things I dislike and things that I like with this version of Artisan, but I think I will also vote no because of the +3 RC boost, we don't need this. 91 RC is the holy RC level for us oldschoolers, leave it there.

You'd need level 84 Artisan to get the whole boost, which is almost 3mil exp.
People get benefits for doing other hard things, that's how it works.

I really REALLY want to vote yes for this, but the Esoteric equipment is just a deal breaker for me I'm afraid. As far as I could see, there was nothing but negative feedback for it at all. People didn't want it nerfed, they wanted it gone.

will be voting no such an uncreative skill copy pastarino slayer, rather would see dungeoneering come back and remove lvl 80 weapons if they're a balancing issue

Honestly, Natures are already tanking

. With or without Artisan they're going to be in the 1XX zone soon.
What I really don't like is that you can make Elemental runes at level 15. What the hell? Lava runes require 23 to make, and it only combines 2 runes. This HAS TO BE CHANGED to like level 50 or 60. Elemental runes are really powerful compared to combination runes.
I will be voting no to this.
I find that people being able to boost their Runecrafting level from 88 to 91 to make double Nature runes is an insane gamebreaking boost that really isnt necessary. 88 to 91 Runecrafting is about 1.6m xp difference and that would of taken me 3 - 4 days grinding at 10 hours a day for 400 - 500k average xp via Lava runes.
Its completely unfair for the players which took the time to get to 91.

So? I'm pretty sure you bought your first whip too, and didn't train with a d scim until you got your own one. If thats your complaint, then everyone with slayer 1 should not be allowed to use a whip, since that would be unfair to other players.
