I was definitely worried that the new proposed experience rates would be too high. I'm still a little sour that there will be no requirements needed while the other courses will have requirements. However, I feel that your intentions, which was to provide alternative ways to train without making the skill too easy is met with these. I feel that these are acceptable experience rates and hope they are not further increased.

I don't quite get what you mean with the courses will have no requirements?

I think he means that some courses like the Ape Atoll one need the quest to be done, or left indefinitely not completed to access the course.

Why doesn't the Graceful outfit have a set effect? I understand not wanting to devalue Spottier Cape, Boots of Lightness and Penance Gloves, but why not have a set effect to make up for this? That way the Graceful Cape, Boots, and Gloves have a use for players who don't care about how they look and already have the existing Weight Reduction gear.

Also, will the Graceful outfit be going into our PoH's?

What sort of set effect would you like it to have?
Less chance of failing obstacles? Run restores 5-10% faster when wearing the full set?

Ah I see, the only requirements for the rooftop courses will be Priest in Peril for the Canifis one (which I'd expect you have all done) and the level requirements.

I think with he is referencing is the fact other high yielding XP courses have requirements to use them other than just the agility level.

Ex:
Ape Toll; Monkey Madness quest
Dorg-Course; Lost Tribe Quest? (might be the one after)
Barbarian Agility; Bar Crawl Mini-game
Wilderness; Dangerous because of it's area.

Basically people will now choose these courses over existing ones because they are easier to access rendering the other courses semi-useless to the majority. Which the XP rates were set out NOT to do.

I was going to reply to him as well, but then as i reloaded the page, your suggestion was there too. I figured it best to reply to the most recent one, as it caters to the both of you as well. I thought the other person would read it and see it applies to them, as both of you have the same concept. I suppose in hindsight it wasn't the most efficient way of responding. I will edit my other post to include the other person as well. My apologies.

A 50% faster energy restore rate does not seem overpowered at all when you add the fact you need to do roughly 60 hours of rooftop agility to get the full set.

Looks cool :O
Are we ever going to see these courses or the outfit in RS3?

Some of the RS3 devs have been taking a bit too much interest, so who knows.
