There's quite a bit of arguing going on and my guess is it's all for naught. I'm not even sure if any of this is being read. Personally, I liked the suggestion where it required legends for ardougne, frem trials for Relleka, and The Fued for Pollnivneach.
I found Legends to be fitting because it is a rather difficult quest aimed towards higher levels. It just sort of makes sense to me that a master quest be a requirement for high level content. I also feel that Legends lost a huge chunk of its splendor after obsidian and fire capes were introduced. This update could restore the quest to its former glory.
I think that Frem Trials to access Relleka is sort of self explanatory. You will be using Frem roofs and all other frem content requires that you complete that quest. I also really liked the idea of the Fued for Pollnivneach because it would be the best experience for level 3's while providing an incentive for level 3's to complete another challenging quest. There hasn't really been any quest that level 3's have considered somewhat essential since the dawn of RS2.
Lastly, I'm not a huge fan of the update in general. I will be using the new courses but I'm still hoping the spirit of old school is maintained. By that, I mean that new content, especially high level content, be earned in some way and not just handed out to everyone. Having a set of restrictions also makes the content more distinguished and gratifying. However, my ultimate preference would have been to bolster existing content and give reasons for players to use Werewolf, pyramid, skull ball, and penguin agility courses. It would have been nice to make lesser used courses more prominent rather than entombing them.
