And a place to kill cave kraken/kraken boss OUTSIDE of the slayer dungeon?! (but still only able to kill them on task)

They wouldn't be cave tho :p

But yes, sea kraken as like a cousin-monster, with a properly garganutan giant kraken as the sea-based boss. Perhaps you could kill it either underwater or from a ship :D

"old school is shaped by its community and its community will shape this expansion" love that line.

anyway, some suggestions i have, maybe 2 more slayer monsters, slayer level 95 for one, and 97 for the other. special loots could be Mist battlestaff and Dust battlestaff, as those are the last 2 combination staves that dont yet exist. Mist Demon and Dust Beast, maybe? i personally see no reason for the Smoke staff to get special treatment, allowing fire spells to be cast with just catalyst runes, while water and earth spells are forgotten.

a new spellbook, providing teleports to places on this new continent, along with new offensive spells, like one with lightning that hits everything in a line from the caster to X squares away? (multicombat only, of course), or an AoE quake type thing like Vet'ion (i think) has, that hits around the caster. (opposite of ancients Barrage spells that hit around a victim, almost.)

blood and soul altars, for Runecrafting would be really nice, i really really think at least the Blood altar should be a thing by now, as the portal for it is still in the Abyss, unusable, taunting everyone going for 99 RC.

i could be wrong here, but i think this would be a great time to bring in the Dragon Platebody and/or Kiteshield, and make one of the new quests be a requirement to wear them. perhaps "Dragon Slayer 2" for the Dragon body, since Dragon Slayer is the req for rune? i just hate seeing Dragon armor, looking so cool, but being so useless compared to Barrows or Bandos armor.

thats all for now, but ill edit this if i get more.

Let's just make sure the underwater city requires that fish bowl helmet from that pirate quest.
Everything stated here is forwarded from a major corporation. Nothing here is my opinion. Enjoy your salad.

What makes a town "alive" content rather than dead? Here's a few things that I would look for in a city..

Banking Accessibility - Although this could easily be overseen if trying to add a bunch of skilling features/misc features, it is extremely important to have a bank. Without one you'll have another Relleka... with a bank a very far distance away. Also, with banks comes people who do bank-standing skills to just relax with friends.

Skilling Features - Everyone wants an area that they can train their favorite skills in, or train a less favorite skill more efficiently. This could mean cows closer to a bank for cowhides, a flax field with a deposit box nearby, a mine with a furnace & anvil nearby... The possibilities are basically endless. Also, you could alternatively look at only introducing new resources such as new fish, ores, gems, craftable/smithable armours and weapons, logs, bows, herbs, potions, thieving stalls/chests/people to pickpocket...

Transportation - I feel that cities need ways that are somewhat easy to get to them. This could literally mean making a teleport to certain cities via a new piece of jewelry, or a spell, or it could mean using agility shortcuts/canoes. Without being able to get somewhere quickly, I feel that players will not feel like going there. (i.e. Lletya is rarely traveled to due to needing teleport crystals which are dropped by elves and then need enchanted by an elf in the forest, and being so isolated in the elven lands.)

Useful Stores - What I mean by 'useful' would be stores similar to Zaff's Staffs in Varrock where you can buy Battlestaves for crafting, or the ranging shops in the dwarf tunnel under white wolf mt, the RFD chest or the Charter Ship Traders. Being able to get a lot of low-end items at a decent rate, without having to rely on drops or manually making a bow, or making a pot of flour.

Functional Layout -This is pretty easily put, just don't make a zone like Sanguinesti ^_^

Skilling accessibility is a must for keeping content alive. For example, a fly fishing spot near a bank deposit/general store or a bank that is ideal for fire making logs outside of.
