I love it.
I've always wanted a colosseum, make sure there are plenty of reasons for going there, I would love a tournament ladder system where players are pitted 1v1, with a huge grand prize but a hefty entrance fee (moneysink!) I'm thinking this is worthy of the best gp/h in the game if the player is very skilled.
I love the idea behind the sea port, the screenshot shows the place looking a little bland right now though, try to cram the place with as much character as you can.
If you're adding 50% landmass to Gielinor, ensure it isn't loads of empty, pointless space, this has been an issue with the Elder Scrolls series, it being its biggest downfall.
Some suggestions
-Don't make people wear fishbowls for going underwater.... come up with a cooler item (boss drop?)
-Introduce bosses based on mythology if we're adding a roman-esque town/city, a maze with a minotaur boss chasing around it, you have to make sure not to run into it when its charging, activate mystic artifacts randomly placed in the maze to weaken it/strengthen yourself, entrance fee to maze (moneysink)
-If you don't plan on making players able of entering the wilderness volcano, please make another volcano with its own cave for very high level players. I've always wanted a volcano area to fight in! Lava dripping down the rough walls, ash covered floor and enemies infused with fire in their veins
-Make sure there are better options for obtaining skilling items that have gotten too expensive due to demand outweighing supply, the items which come to mind are metal bars, hides and most secondary herblore supplies.
Good job, Mod Reach, it seems you have similar ideas in mind to me and the passion to make it happen.
