What the hell is wrong with you? Your trying to turn 07 scape into pre-eoc slowly but surely...

Sort your heads out.

Some of us want pre EOC more than we want 2006 or 2007. I don't like the EOC, action bars, abilities, extra clicking, and the hard to navigate NIS.

I still play RS3 but I find it is overly complicated to play and not as much fun as it was pre EOC, before the action bar, abilities, and NIS which can't be customized neatly because some things will never fit where you want them to without leaving gaps. I wish that all of the new interface could resize into squares to fit neatly instead of some things being rectangles that will not fit neatly, and I would prefer all the icons be visible at once with no pop up menus or scrolling.

Just before EOC is what a lot of players want, and I suspect more want pre EOC than who want to preserve the game as a 2007 version with no changes.

I find it unlikely Jagex would make both a 2007 version and a pre EOC version of the game, so that means all the players like me who are more interested in pre EOC than in 2007 are going to vote for changes to get the game closer to pre EOC, such as wanting Summoning. I'm sorry to those who want a 2007 version of the game, since the game is likely to change away from a 2007 version into something different and new none of us has ever seen, however maybe the game will give everyone something they want. Update oldschool runescape? With super potions? With GWD?With imbluse rings?? Questes,Minigames,Weapons never in runescape before??Change also the name so will fit better.

The perpose of oldschool runescape was no such updates and definetly no new things(nightmare zone,new quest for trimmed cape,armadyl crossbow,new mage staff). Change the name because its no oldschool anymore.

This is no jagex fault, is players fault because the dont know what they want from this game ...since you voted for oldschool runescape stick with it. In 1 year max i am sure these people who vote for the updates will start complaning again again again,if u dont like the oldshool runescape go to eoc,if u dont like eoc either start a new game,just dont destroy the game for us who playing this game for 10+ years and just want oldschool as it is.

if u want all this updates make a new server again just dont mess with oldschool
if u want a game with bosses and powerful weapons there alot other games..oldschool runescape is unique because it is no similar with other games...

conclusion : if u want changes all the time ,again and again and again change game and dont try to change THE game.

The game is called oldschool runescape.. you know english??? OLDSCHOOL...since you play eoc stick with that..and leave for us the oldschool as it is ,since we dont play a eoc anymore ..runescape unfortunedlty is slowly dying because of people like you.

JAGEX!! SLOW YOUR ROLE! Do you remember why you released OSRS? So players like me can enjoy nostalgic memories playing the OLD runescape. How am i to do this if you keep persisting about adding NEW content to an OLD SCHOOL game. Im not talking about little things like GWD and bank space since that was still old school anyways. But your trying to add back super anti-fires, super prays, just no. Go update RS3 and leave the classic as is right after you release GWD. Please! This is getting ridiculous i started playing under the assumption that the company (jagex) was under full realization that when they add new updates, the original players don't like that at all. If you don't stop, I can speak for myself and a whole lot of others saying ill cancel my membership because i don't do RS3 I'm a devoted old schooler so please listen to my request, and quit updating this server. No new quests. No new mini-games. NO NEW SLAYER MONSTERS! :)

i agree ..In 3-4 months they will change the name also

i agree ..In 3-4 months they will change the name also

The real reason oldschool RS was released is because the majority of people didn't want EOC, they wanted Pre-Eoc (which is what is happening slowly) not because the community wanted to re-play 2007 runescape.
Keep the updates coming Jagex :) Buying Soul Wars.

As for the ideas about 'super' potions, it gets me a little worried.
wouldn't they have a negative effect on the normal potions value?

Also, the Armadyl crossbow only requiring 70 ranged is ludacris! Hitting 40s+ with dragon bolts [e] at 70 ranged is extremely scary, but also interesting to see how it'd play out in the wild.

The black mask update would be fantastic though!
All in all, I cannot wait. Really glad to see old school getting some more updates, let's hope the poll passes!!
