The current low level courses suck (especially pyramid, and that gnome pipe should allow more people at once), so I think it's a great addition to give more options to the players who couldn't yet train at ape atoll effectively.
Yes I would completely agree with this, some new low level content, for those who are having a hard time getting their feet wet in the agility skill sounds highly appropriate.
How ever I have a lot of concerns for new higher level agility content... Every single bit of exp makes a huge difference. It is already a big deal to make it so easily accessible but around 5k more exp per hour then Dorg and we have EoC exp gains.
It would be a huge slap in the face if we made agility training WAY easier on OLDSchool then in Rs3.
HOWEVER, in doing this you are making these types of courses OBSOLETE, which is what Mod Matt K stated he would like to avoid in the original post.
I think the best idea would be to add the agility gear and keep new courses out of it, as this type of content raises a lot of mixed, and mostly upsetting feelings, although I don't think this will happen so I am only hoping some of these suggestions actually go through.
I know Mod Matt K said he would be looking over the feedback but I haven't seen him say any thing since the first day which is slightly upsetting. Just please do not go overboard with the exp gains as there are already a lot of concerns with this update, although things are unclear I don't feel comfortable with the direction this update is heading in.
