How about unlocking the ability to rest with these reward tokens? Make it the most expensive reward, and if you guys can't make a sitting emote like the live game rest, how about a chair that pops out of nowhere?

That is something we can add in at a later stage if the community wants it. Much as we did with Nightmare Zone, we like to start with the basic idea and once the community has experienced the update more ideas are polled and so on.

Just a quick suggestion.

Add medium-level agility courses in Meiyerditch and West Ardougne that offer slightly better xp-rates than other courses would at the level required to run them as extra quest rewards for completing Darkness of Hollowvale (Meiyerditch course) and Mourning's End Part 2 (West Ardougne).

These quests are cliffhangers in a story-line with no real reason why people should complete them except for those going for a quest cape. The courses would be a nice reward for going through the entire 2007 story-lines of the Elves and Myreque.
Everything stated here is forwarded from a major corporation. Nothing here is my opinion. Enjoy your salad.

Can you go both ways on these courses? Cuz when I look at that the lvl 70 course, the start and end point are quite far apart.

Unfortunately the flow of some of the courses mean you can only go one way (the zip wire has to go down for example) - but the time taken running from the start to the end will be taken into account when the balancing takes place.

Don't forget that with NMZ rewards you can tab straight to the start of that course!

Also, if the tokens are not more frequent on higher courses - it'd be a little unfair on people with already high agility :P I know you guys will make the right decision just don't want ya to forget :D

Idea: if you can do the higher levelled courses with really fast laps, you get the best exp. I hope this doesn't become dead content where people do it just for the rewards. The best course in the game so far unlocks at level 48.... (even though it's so inefficient to use at that level).
It's the thrill of life that enables us to flow

This update is fine, but please do not make it gain xp faster than the main game and do not implement resting, this is 07 scape where the faster run recharge bonus of higher agility is meant to have a use, and if you can't stand walking buy some energy potions. Even for high level players, I think the gear is a good enough bonus, but resting is going too far.

Will the level 60 course at Seers be one way or both ways?

It looks like a good place to train woodcutting and agility by taking the agility course from the bank to the yews if the flow is in that direction but a heavy load of logs might not be advisable if the flow is from the yews to the bank.
Ha ha, made you look ;)

Not quite right, the current best course in the game unlocks at level 70 but only becomes the best exp at levels above 90.

For me it was the best overall because I found it to be the least boring, I was in there at level 65 with pies and potions and loving it, these new courses look to have that same feature, less boredom.
