It's somewhat of a concern that the gloves/cape are worse than penance/spottier and the boots are exactly the same as boots of lightness - would it not make more sense to just not have boots/gloves/a cape in the set, rather than either introducing useless items or devaluing existing items?

can't wait for this. it'll give me a reason to train agility because right now i don't see any point. also the outfit will be really helpful i can wear it and run somewhere without running out of energy in 10 seconds. it's ridiculous why we can't have resting. better invest 10m in energy pots and 300 hours in 99 agility.. *yeah right* OS Status: Nothing atm.

RS3 Status: 120 Slayer done now onto figuring out what I should do next.

Or you farm your own avantoes and supply yourself with unlimited energy. I've been doing that since the beginning of OSRS.

Or you farm your own avantoes and supply yourself with unlimited energy. I've been doing that since the beginning of OSRS. not getting 50 farming. i'm not even 30 farming lmao. what a crap skill.. i'm amazed on how my farming in eoc is 75 guess i have livid farm to thank for that.. OS Status: Nothing atm.

You should earn it, not have free things handed to you on a silver platter. earn what? the ability to regenerate more energy? even now it's completely unbalanced. at least make run energy fill faster. jesus even at 51 my energy takes around 3 mins to get 100%. oh but as you put it i have to "earn it". you want to get 99 agility for me? must be nice to do 40k laps or w/e it was 48-99 ape-atoll. OS Status: Nothing atm.

That's kind of the point of the game though... At least I think it is. Rather than making restoration more powerful, we have the option to advance our levels and make it easier on ourselves. I realize farming may not be your cup of tea, but sometimes you have to train things you don't like to receive the benefits that you seek.
