Slow clapping...I'm sorry ironmen and pures, I really am. I got to admit I'm a bit irritated by the obvious lack of faith Jagex has suddenly with it's player base. They keep preaching in a way that the majority of people are in favor of these changes and it simply is not true. What makes oldschool runescape are the polls, if you aren't even going to use them then just shut down the game and save us the heart ache. I'm not going to go through the RS2 to RS3 EoC again.

This needs to be polled. This is not a 'game integrity update'.

A "game integrity update" is eliminating the bug that allowed the fally massacre or eliminating an item duplication glitch.

I for one am very much opposed to some of the proposed changes (it takes quite a bit of progression before black dhide becomes disposable for iron men), but if it passed a poll I would be willing to live with it.

The single most important aspect of game integrity is the integrity of the polling system. The OSRS community has already watched runescape die once. We know what happens when dreadful ideas are allowed to run amok. Collectively, we are giving Jagex a second chance, the benefit of a doubt, the opportunity for a do-over; and the polling system is at the heart of it all. The polling system exists to save Jagex from themselves, and if it becomes optional then I'm not particularly willing to stick around and watch the slow death all over again.

We've been down this road before, we know how this story ends, there's no need to repeat the mistakes of the past.

You claim to take in our feedback, yet absolutely REFUSE to utilize the EASIEST and FAIREST way to do this.

POLL EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE CHANGES WITH THE IN-GAME POLLING SYSTEM

I have heaps and heaps of criticism and feedback to literally any and all of these issues but none if it matters because you barely read it anyway. Or if you do it's only on reddit.

ALL I'm asking for at this point is that you poll these things. All of them. If they fail, you can even tweak the questions based on the feedback. But just please for the love of God just POLL IT.

There's an entire pvp community out there that feels like the warhammer change will absolutely decimate the already fragile and wrought power balance. Not a single J-mod knows anything beyond surface level about pvp and elects to ignore all informed feedback. You are not in the place to make these kinds of decisions. Let the community do it.

POLL THE CHANGES. ALL OF THEM.

I love this game, have loved it ever since joining in 2009, and am currently subscribed on 4 different accounts, but I will unsubscribe all of them if Jagex is going to disregard the voice of the community this blatantly. Polls were promised. I expect to receive what was promised since I pay for it.

Rip everything 1 def. and they way the handle this the vls, bounty Hunter, rev caves, lms I have no high hopes for these wildy changes coming in April. The past year of updates has pushed rival and fellow clans to leave in mass and I’m starting to see why. if irons want an instanced wilderness jamflex will probably give it to them...

why are you ruining this game for pures and lower levels in general this whole update only benefits those who were grandfathered in an already grinded out those bosses/items. raising the requirement on weapons only furthers the gap between pvp/pvm builds. so your saying i have to choose between combat lvls or not to use the same weapons ive used for years to kill the same bosses? this is a non issue for mains and ironmemes. example on my 1 def its 88 combat id have to get 85 atk to use the same weapons to boss like i have for years. getting that attack puts me up a bracket where its no longer viable, can you refund me the bonds for the thousands of hours ive spent getting 2k and bossing on my pure? or the vls gathering dust or how about the blade of saeldor ill have to uncharge and loose more crystals on. in the blog you say you're aware of these changes and how it effects those builds you choose your side so just refund the people you wasted there time and mislead them

Why is there a "dinh's bulwark" in the game anyway? The idea of a two handed shield makes zero sense in the first place. What's the point? Protecting gold farmers and bots? Being a brain-dead damage sponge on a boss? Just remove the stupid pointless turtle shield and revalue the DFS Rrrgh!

this 100%. Poll it or don't update at all. As it stands, blowpipe isn't even that overpowered. I mainly do CM Cox and TOB which is pretty endgame, and blowpipe is barely used there (Tbow/Scythe are WAAAY stronger weapons, yet they're fine because they cost 1b? Lmfao get out of here.

These bosses have NO BP as BIS: Sire, Hydra, Barrows, Callisto, Cerberus, CoX (only few room bp is bis, which is balanced), COX cm bp is borderline useless, Chaos Elemental, Saradomin ,Corporeal beast, Armadyl, Zamorak, Giant Mole, KBD, Kraken, Sarachnis, Vorkath, Scorpia, Nightmare, Skotizo, the Gauntlet, TOB, Smoke Devil, Venenatis, Vet'ion.

That's what, like 90% of PVM bosses on the hiscores? Where a Blowpipe IS NOT BEST IN SLOT. So how is the blowpipe overpowered?

Over the course of these updates blogs , you've backed off the nerfs that negatively impact normal players, but have kept the nerf that destroys ironmen. RIP blowpipe. I guess we'll just use a rune crossbow or msb (tier 50weapons) forever.

How tf am I supposed to get rune darts before endgame?
And dragon darts... is there even a way to farm these? Konar slayer keys and hope for rng? I'm almost 90 slayer and probably have only 400 in the bank.

Also, I'm insulted that you've backed off the PB reset yet are still using the term "integrity update". Almost every PB that is worth showing off uses blowpipe. Nothing integrity about this.

Finally, if you want the crystal armour to fill this range gap, then consider making crystal shards buyable from a priff NPC (yet still untradable). It would be a gold sink.

I don't understand why you're catering the game towards maxed players (who have frankly already benefitted from the blowpipe to get where they are). If you're so worried about blowpipe meta on certain bosses, just make it ineffective. "Your measly darts cannot penetrate this monster's armour/hide".

Membership already cancelled. Vote with your credit card people...
