So, I see the Dragonhide Armor is getting a huge nerf considering. If this happens then please buff the blessed dragonhide armor. and possibly the levels to wield it whether higher ranged and defense level or adding a prayer level to them.
For the Dinh's I think this is a mistake, in my opinion. I'd say if wielding and your wearing other tank gear have a threshold on the def bonuses. So, if someone is in full Justiciar and Dinh's their defence bonuses are going to be through the roof, and why not make it where its a set based thing? If you are at x threshold for stab, crush, slash then reduced melee defence bonuses by 25%. If your Magic or ranged def bonuses are at x threshold the def provided by Dinh's is cut by 25%.
The Toxic Blowpipe has never been a 'meta' in my opinion unless you're using rune to dragon darts then its just a gold sink. I'd say the accuracy that's been proposed is ok as long as the ranged strength stays the same, or vice versa. For the rest of it on toxic blowpipe, eh whatever I can deal.
Dragonbone Necklaces and Bonecrusher Necklace...... Why reduce the level requirement for these??? This I would consider a high tier item and takes quite a bit of work to achieve. The buff to them, cool I agree with that, but lowering the level as well when raising the others for similar stuff baffles me.
I feel like there is more to the crystal equipment than you are letting out but so far from what I see I like it. This would make it sooooo much nicer for grinding out the shards for them.
The rest of the blog is pretty good. However, the rune sets just seem way underpowered, but easy to get and have such a high mining and smithing level to make them. Is there anything proposed on this? Can we lower the smithing level for them or add in the dragonstone armor to be a viable thing if you have x smithing and x crafting with song of the elves completed? It'd be cool to make this at a tier around dragon/obsidian I think. Either way mining needs rework imo.
