Regarding the super combat potion, I would say definitely make it untradeable. This will give those with 90+ herblore a benefit over those who haven't put the work into it. It creates that balance for something that will be as good as a combined super set.

Although i say that as one with 99 herblore, we should not baby the player without that high herblore. Overloads and extremes were overpowered, but people managed with the herblore level. This would maintain the balance and would not be as overpowered. I can say this is something you cannot place the decision with those who don't have the level as it is selfish to say "I don't want to work for those useful super combat potions, I just want them now." These players need something to work for, and this is that.

Rather than adding a Special Attack bar to every weapon, why not just add a special attack orb (similar to orion). This orb could also be clickable to activate special attacks?

Adding a special attack bar to every weapon is just going to be confusing and look ridiculous.

Not sure if this will be read but, am I the only person who thinks these high level potions would be better UNTRADABLE? It doesn't really force people to train their herblore to get max xp/ph due to it providing the same boost as just using regular pots, but it's an exclusive reward to those who actually train their herblore. Just a thought, I prefer it to know that having high skills can help your combat too :p

I agree, if they boosted above regular I would say make them tradable but since they are just as good as supers they should be untradable.

A regular combat pot uses a harralander and a ground desert goat horn.. but if you're going to make it so a super combat pot requires a super set I believe it should have the overload effect for 5 minutes (edit: instead make it so the potion lowers reaaally slower than a normal super pot)but only the boost of a super potion (not an extreme potion as it is in rs3). I dont think people will care about an extra slot in their inventory considering nobody really uses super defence while pvming. And i can see many people using this for pvming if you change this. :)

edit: The 5 minutes for a overload potion made it worthwhile since it went above a super potion.. I believe that this potion should stay at max for 5 mins then slowly start draining.....

30% energy recharge rate while wearing full Graceful is a bit much. That large of an increase would pretty much make Spotted/Spottier Capes and Boots of Lightness worthless.

I'd recommend making it a 10% recharge rate, not 30%.

Target System:
We need some type of reward system. Target pking will be pointless considering most will not be risking anything or possibly nothing at all. I want even a rare reward drop or else im just sticking to dh pking. It will literally be pointless to take the time to hunt down a target while also having the chance of dieing with the most likeliness that you will lose money in the process and still have no reward. Dont really understand it. Most people dont make money pking!
Even with a 1:1 kd, you lose money due to the cost of supplies. Most ppl dont profit from pking and without rewards, it still wont blow up like during the bounty hunter days. Come on Jagex....

In reverse order:

Question: Should your special attack bar be visible when wielding a weapon that doesn't have one?
Toggle please.

Question: Should we add a graceful outfit set bonus that makes your energy recharge 30% faster when wearing the complete set?
Would vote yes but PLEASE offer a point in high agility? At least make it work while running (while running, I have the same regen as someone with 1 agility nomatter what mine is).

Question: Should we add a grind-x option for bird's nests?
CAN this also work for opening coconuts via hammer/using opened coconut with vial to create vial of coconut milk

Question: Should the special attacks of the dragon spear, Zamorakian spear and Zamorakian hasta be changed so that they do not queue and, instead, ignore incoming special attacks if the target is already affected?
Instead of ignoring the second players attacks, could it just restart the push effect? Same way the Dragon Scimitar Spec works.

Question: Should we add the ability to create a tradeable super combat potion from a super attack potion, super defence potion, super strength potion and torstol herb? The potion would act as all three potions combined into one, there would be no additional stat boost.
PLEASE throw Ranging and Magic potions into these - It's meleescape when a potion can boost your attack/strength/defence in 1 sip, but no option for ranged/defence or magic/defence in 1 sip.
