I like everything but i don't really understand the dragon spear special etc. can someone please explain it?
Currently, say you get speared by 2 people at the same time, you will be speared x2 (they queque)....... So now say you were killing pvm monsters in wild, and a team of 20 people speared you, you will be speared x20.... During this duration you are UNABLE to click ANYTHING in your inventory, you are unable to teleport, you are unable to run, you are unable to DO ANYTHING. Eventually your prayer will hit zero and you will lose your +1 item. Even when you are zero hp you are continued to be speared due to its delay.
They want to fix this, please vote yes, so the spears do not stack.

Ok. If you go to multiway combat in the Wilderness, you may run into a huge clan of players wielding dragon spears. If you're skulled with an expensive item (such as a DFS) but have protect item on it's protected. These huge PvP clans can get around that.
They use the dragon spear Special Attack to stun you, but they do this repeatedly. Why is this bad?
The Dragon Spear Special Attack stuns you. What does a stun restrict you from doing? It restricts you from moving (running, escaping) using spells (like teleportation spells) switching Prayers, using any item (food, switching armor, restore potions, amulet of glory or teleport tablet to teleport) or retaliating. No eating, no restoring prayer, no teleporting, no fighting back, no running, no switching to tank gear, no leaving for single way combat, you're completely helpless.
Now imagine being helpless like this, but for minutes rather than seconds. These clans have numbers so large that they can prolong this endless stun long enough for your prayer points to run out. They repeatedly stun you until your prayer points reach zero, (deactivating Protect Item) after which they will kill you. They'll continue to stun until you're dead, not giving a single chance to restore your prayer points.
This is what Jagex means by queuing stuns. Stuns stack on each other, not leaving room for the stunned victim to do anything. If the poll question passes the poll, a stun victim will not be vulnerable to stuns while they're stunned and will be allowed a very small window of time to act after the stun ends. (preventing queuing)
I'm a huge fan of Construction; love the skill. In particular I'm absolutely fascinated with the
Player-Owned House Dungeon.
My dream is for everyone to be able to build their own personal PvM challenge, one that rivals even current content.

No see, the Special Attack bar won't be green; it'll be a different color to indicate that it's inactive. I don't know if they'll actually change the color, but they will be sure to indicate when it's inactive.
The reason people want the bar present all of the time is to support weapon switching. It makes it easier to switch to your special attack weapon when the special attack bar is visible even when wielding a weapon that has no special attack. It's also good for knowing your Special Attack energy at all times.

I think you should combine bounty hunter with PK worlds so that people could pk around the whole runescape map and with targets it will be more fun I think
Like a bounty-hunter targetted PK world instead of just wildy
I like almost every bit of it aspecially the fact that torstols, the highest level herbs in game will have a greater use in the game again. The thing about the pet storage in the POH: in RS3 this 'room' never really fit into the house's own environment and therfore looked a bit odd. Maybe the surface of the pet storage's room could be as the rest of the house's environment? And crushing nests by spam-clicking is lovely though!
