taking away from normal character mechanics without something to make it make sense is not a good idea like no movement but with something like sticky floor or something could make sence you need to make your updates pitch in a way they make sense to game mechanics

They wouldn't be taking special attacks from anything. The update to the spears would just mean teams can't spam 70 specs and drain someones prayer before killing them all while they can't do a single thing for 5 minutes.

It's not a huge issue for me but I hate to see items that were once useful become obsolete. I realize it may be too late now but I was hoping we could replace the set effect with penance gloves and spottier capes instead of graceful gloves and graceful cape.

That's the whole point of the set effect, it's so that for the majority of circumstances, having the complete Graceful set is more useful. However, for situations where you need some defence (Ie, Runecrafting) it would still be much more useful to have the penance gloves/spottier cape/boots of lightness as you can still then wear gear with defensive stats on your body/legs/head.

Jagex seriously consider making super combat pots untradeable. People with higher stats truly need an upper hand in the game. And with an update like super combat pots, it's something small that makes pvming slightly easier as it saves inventory space. This can easily be balanced out by making them untradeable. This way people that worked hard for their herblore levels get this benefit.

I seriously consider doing this for some future updates to keep the balance. We don't want easy scape so don't baby us. Some things need to be forced as well. This is just my thought.
