The Roof Top agility coarses seems to be a little unbalanced, in my view. The exp is relevant to the level IF IT WAS A NORMAL COARSE. It is spaced by every 10 levels, and the "real agility" coarses are spaced by a lot less. This makes for rooftop agility to be QUICKER at a lot of levels. If not roughly the same at some. Because the point of training RT agility is for the marks of grace, provided that it should not replace other agility training for exp, shouldn't the exp rates be a little bit less than that of regular coarses, so that one could train at the RT agility specifically FOR the marks of grace, unlike replacing them for exp.
A system similar to the Motherload Mine would be good in my view, as that was greatly balanced. You train with a little less exp rate, for new gear, and good money. I think that Roof Top agility could be this and would become EXCELLENTLY balanced if it had a little less exp rate than the natural for "normal" coarses, by level. This would make for more propose to train at RTA AND the regular coarses than making Marks of Grace more readily available, as you wouldn't have the RTA inappropriately filling the gap of spaced out courses to train by level (thus stacking new, replacing elements into the game and not filling the gap of balance [different from the gap from when to train], as it is spaced by a consistent amount: 10 levels).
Even making RTA harder would help but I think that the above solution is THE BEST, compared to others I have looked at.
