I agree completely. Give fossils more use instead of turning off the option to receive them. A boos is an excellent idea! That would be so cool. Reminds me of the giant fossil boss Stallord from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
I feel like I should be able to change the combat dummy with a set amount of dragonhide instead of having to use a rare item like a boss head. Same goes for the kalphite variation.
With regards to the minigame improvements, I'd love to see the cross minigame shop finally implemented.
I have a thread about that, which I've kept alive for a while, even though it seems like that content (which passed a poll ages ago) will never see the light of day, due to nobody having good ideas for rewards (I believe I've accomplished that, if you look at my thread)
The only real 'improvement' to it would be more variety/fairer gear loadouts. However, that would mean it would no longer be castle wars. Therefore, I suggest that specific world(s) would have a different map, and gear/stats would be preset similar to LMS.
There'd be lunar/ancient/normal book options and each team would cap the number of ancient/lunars allowed per team to 40% ancient books and 10% lunar books (rounded up). People with more games played would get preference on their book selections. No combat experience would be awarded here, since it is not your own gear/stats (fake exp drops would still be displayed).
I'd want the rewards here to be different, maybe a different colored castle war ticket. You could also change up the gods involved on the new maps, and introduce appropriately themed cosmetic reworks of the normal castle wars rewards. With team voice chat (optional), this could become a competitive game mode.
Trouble Brewing
Right now, nobody really plays the game as it was meant to be played. All ingredients get the same weight for gathering them, so almost everyone just fills 100 buckets with water and AFKs. Give more weight to brews produced by the team, and less weight to ingredients gathered. Give infinite run within the minigame (tie it to that area, so if some bug abuser finds a way to force teleport or no-clip out, they don't retain that) since walking there when actually trying to play correctly gets quite annoying.

A PvP version of this could be quite fun. Have some nice cosmetic outfits etc, and maybe have it award points that could be cashed in for range/agility exp, similar to pest control. Maybe some PvP oriented players would enjoy training agility in this way, and it could be used as a way to split the monotony of clicking the same thing running laps over and over (main reason people enjoy the Brimhaven agility course, it isn't the same and you can 'compete' against your fellow players to see who gets there first). Make the reward points (for experience) based on time, and nothing else, so people don't abuse/farm it. 10-20 minute games or something? There could be other points for winning that could be used on the cosmetics.
Gnome Restaurant
Someone had the idea of making cobblers there (specifically peach, but i'd like to see more than that). Maybe allow this to give you unlocks to desirable new recipes, so cooking could become profitable/useful (most PvM creatures drop enough food to basically sustain yourself).
Give some kind of a reward here. Portable games we could set up in our houses/anywhere come to mind. Something fun, nothing game breaking. Make them tradeable, and the rewards based on time played (not wins/ranking), so people don't go around forfeiting to their alts. Limit it to a specific world (or make the games cross-world somehow), so people can actually find opponents.
