1. Wilderness Tag: This sounds like a fun enough diversion, but don't make it too rewarding. Many old school servers just don't have enough of a player base to really fill up the wilderness, and the posts would be pretty to tag. It could be good for an adrenaline rush over what you're risking every now and then, but I don't think it should be able to be done constantly by players as a method of making money.
2. PVP Worlds: I'm not much of a PVP player myself, but I still think the wilderness is sufficient for all out combat. Adding skilling experience boosts to these worlds wouldn't work well, since the skillers could just abuse this by not carrying anything valuable so it wouldn't matter if they died.
3. Clan Wars: I never used it, so it doesn't matter much to me personally, although I don't really see the point when two clans could just meet in the wilderness for their battle.
4. God Wars Dungeon: Overall I am in favor with the God Wars Dungeon returning, however I have only one concern about it: bandos armour. I think bandos armour would kill a lot of nostalgia, as it would basically replace dragon armour. Who would want to buy a dragon chainbody for their non degradable chestpiece when there is a stronger bandos chestplate easily available from Graardor? Personally I would favor just strengthening the bosses so their drops are much harder to obtain and therefore more expensive. Maybe strengthen the minions too to just make the GWD a tougher place that only pros can attempt, but keep the good rewards. As for magic being underpowered, I would just vote to replace the Zamorakian Spear (not too useful in old school) with a Zamorakian staff. Not on the level of a godsword, but still a powerful weapon. Maybe even a special attack which fires two spells or a double powered spell?
P.S. I don't like the idea of upgrading rune boots to dragon boots, I mean you don't put a spike on a rune helm to get a dragon helm, just leave boots as they were.
5. New Content: Nope.
