110% yes to GWD! Clanwars would be nice also, as long as the arena doesn't pointlessly take up a huge chunk of the wilderness.

I hate when Jagex says "we don't have the tools to do that at the moment."

People code private server clan wars within hours. I know they aren't perfect, but you guys are suppose to be professionals.

More empty promises by Jagex, don't get your hopes up.
