It's a FUN WEAPON. It was never intended for use as an actual weapon. If you think they took something away from you, know that it was never advertised as something a PKer could use.

Please have a clear tree patch option in the FG. I received a contract to plant a magic tree. I did so. But I don't have the WCing level to remove it. Either do not give contracts to trees we can't remove or please give a clear plot option.

It may be a fun weapon and it may not have been intended as a pking item but why take this away if it's a use?

This isn't something that is going to start dominating pvp, it's a weapon which a small bracket of pkers, obby maulers, will find useful and will have to work hard skilling to get.

Hi. The pay option on the gardener will make her remove the tree for you.

I’m a bit dissappointed they made all the alk prices nothing now there is no excitement at all when getting a ring piece unless your one of the few people who are willing to grind a couple thousand for the whole thing. I would have gotten rid of my 4 eyes if I knew this was happening. Now there as good as a d long pfft

Great Update. Thanks for the changes. It surprises me how picky and ungrateful people can be. I'm thankful for the great and consistent content that we get in OSRS - unlike RS3. Making the permanent switch from a maxed/decent RS3 account to OSRS has been the best choice I've made on my account in years.

I spent 8 hours working on getting my tench and this nerf has completely removed the benefit I was working for. Please could someone say why this was needed? All it enabled me to do was have the same weapon stats as the rpg but with +8 accuracy from my zammy book. Was this being abused in some way? The weapon still had significantly lower dps than rangers or meleers with higher than 1 attack who are my level.

Thanks for anyone who can shed light on the situation. I just want my hench tench back to full strength.

because its a cosmetic/fun item and is not supposed to have any combat uses, as jagex stated before it was released.

the fact you were able to use it in pking situations in the first place was unintentional.
