I'd like to see Prifddinas taken in a different direction, to offer variety and avoid making other places obsolete:
At the end of the quest, you get access to the city which has some kind of skilling opportunities, but the elf civil war remains ongoing so things are much more dangerous. The player basically ends up skilling in a war zone, with some sort of balanced incentive to do so.
Players would need to be aware of their surroundings, use some 'street smarts' and common sense, and be ready to fight (or run). This risk would be offset by some sort of skilling advantage not present elsewhere.
Just a thought... because if we're going to get another bank to stand in, it might as well be different.
