What if we wanted to rm that person?
Maybe we could reduce the points after 2 kills or so because usually if someone dies, they would like to rm the person to get their stuff back.
Also can we give more information about what "recently" means?
For example if I kill Player A and then kill Player B, would I get max potential if I killed Player A again now?
Or would I have to wait a very long time outside of safe areas?
So...
1. You'd be able to rm the person immediately. If you successfully kill them, they'd drop what they're carrying, same as you did. The points that count towards extra rewards would not affect normal PK loot.
2. Player A kills Player B and gets kill points. For a while after that, anyone who kills Player B will get very low kill points because B's been killed recently.
3. I'd prefer to leave "recently" as a vague term, and not always constant, since we don't particularly want players clock-watching like we had back in 2008-11.
