Those countries' flags appear because they are where servers are hosted. We do not currently have a hosting facility in France. If we ever do, that'd be the reason to put the Tricolore on it.

We actually did, some months ago now, to make the ring of wealth affect it far more than it did before. So try it with one of those on.
