Kid, I've been playing since classic and have the vet account to prove it. I've been pking since the days when everything was 2D and you were locked in combat for 3 hits. Don't tell me I rely on crutches. I've pked longer than you and have been pking without keys since the dawn of time.

It's not about making pking "easier". It's about getting the other 50% of the loot that stays on the damn floor after you kill someone. Pures especially need this because unless you're high risking you BARELY make enough money to cover your own supplies when all you get is a 30k dds or g maul.

All you pvmers whine about how "rotten" to pking community is, but you're the same way. You need to learn to accept that you're in the wilderness, and that is a place where you will die in PVP. Not "Oh, nobody should kill me because I have nothing or only 10k". "Wow that guy was such an asshole he killed me". Why is it socially acceptable to kill people on call of duty but not in the wilderness on RS?

It won't fail, and no this comment isn't really going to influence anyone. "Better vote no to the entire poll because someone commented on the forums" lmao get out. I'll high risk brid you any day and rinse you scrub.

PLEASE DON'T JUST THINK OF THE PURES WITH THE XP LAMP!

Maybe make the xp scale to level like normal lamps or don't put a cap on them? Possibly make one skill only able to be lowered a certain amount of levels. They are so expensive it's not like you're going to see that many ridiculous builds out there and even if they do imagine how much gp they have taken out of the game to make that build. I had my account hacked and completely ruined (my fault I know). I am willing to pay 100m to fix my account easy. But -500xp isn't going to help me in any way. I'd even pay IRL money to have my account fixed if that's a path you guys would consider. Please just think about the other pking builds and not just the pures.

loot keys sound strange that kinda sounds like one of those strange overthought updates noone really asked for and kinda makes things complicated and confusing.

people can jsut loot whatever they want and not pick up all the garbage also people have the looting bag so why put in something extra thats just strange and confusing

I think minus XP lamps are a good idea, but please just add some lore to it. For instance change the name or come up with a story as to why revenants give minus XP lamps.

Loot key scrolls... I don't know if it feels right to me. Players have always dropped all their stuff and gear when they die. It seems logical. Why would all your stuff be dropped in the form of a key. I can understand it in deadman mode, but in my opinion in the regular game mode I don't think I like the idea. I know it can be convenient, but do we have to sacrifice all these perfectly normal elements of the game just for convenience?

The amulet considering it is a rare drop should hold more then 100 hit points. 100 is a short fight specially for guys with 80 plus defense. It should hold at the least of 1000 giving the chance of a couple fights.
The scrolls should be able to give more xp taken off with the gp spent. 500xp isn’t much it’s the same amount of xp you get from random. Keeping the limit is a good idea but the xp should consider going to 1k -2k xp each lamp
Access to the cave shouldn’t just be given to all players. A quest or a requirement should be placed as all drops are rare to make it more of a challenge.

Loot key scrolls shouldn’t be placed as it can make pvp easier and safer. Everyone knows the risk when in the wilderness. But maybe making the scroll an option to player to decide if they want to use it or not. And also should have a minimum gp value to be used. Keeping this game a challenge is a must. Making it easier and safer only makes it less fun

I support re-introducing the PvP armors 100%, but I have to agree that the reward from killing a player with any PvP armor needs to be buffed as 2.3Million gp for BiS gear is ridiculously low and not worth the hassle to be honest.

Everything else seems fine and will look forward for those. :)

Sorry but I have too much faith in society to believe a +30 year old still brags about his e-peen and calls people scrubs. So I'll chalk this down to salt in your Cheerios. Have a nice day you angry young man.

So once again no to easy mode loot keys.

I am happy with both of the amulets and the oblisk. The pvp armors seem pointless, harmless too so I'll skip them.

Now onto the topic of negative XP lamps. I am not opposed to the idea, but the over the top limitations on them makes them feel like they are more of a 1 off reward rather than what should be a drop.

I would rather see some complicated ritual involving 5 sets of every armor bronze to tune and 1 of every ensouled heads be combined and sacrificed resulting in a single lamp. Rather than randomly dropping these lamps from some goofy cave.

I would rather see new seeds dropped that grow into new herbs for untradable potions than random lamp drops.

Hmm darn looks like everything but the oblisk is going to fail.


Without any unique drops it really doesn't make sense to add the revenant caves. I would rather see something else added as part of this rejuvenation than a cave full of dead content.


I for one voted yes on everything but the keys.

Jagex perhaps consider something else other than the caves if all the rewards fail.
