It seems that a lot of people are actually in favour of some form of BH, but that the current form is not what we want. To be honest, there should be a poll about certain aspects for BH first and then polled whether it should be implemented or not.

Also, I still think some form of incentive to kill a target is necessary, be it brawlers or some other (preferably untradable) reward that doesn't cause massive inflation.
Exactly, except the untradable part... Pking and pvp is not profitable as of now, they should make incentives like noted pure essence or large numbers of resources suc has NMZ rewards. This way we can turn that into cash, and it doesnt kill the economy.

everyone votes no even if the content has no affect on them, you shouldn't poll it just do it or change it to 60-66% of the votes needed 75% is stupid because 50% of the people that skill or pvm or pvp will vote no on the content they wouldn't use.
Agreed this 75% crap is way too high... it needs to be 60-65% MAX, this way a large majority are happy...75% is simply FAR too high.....

Reason its not passing:

1: untradables become coins.

2: no incentives. Example: Corrupt items/armors.

If they turned into some kind of Corrupt tokens that could be used to purchase these degradable items from mandrith, then perhaps we could get some decent content.

Anyways lastly:

3: bounty hunter added alone wont pass without something better.

all pkers want this BH its those people who do not pk who think that pkers will get an unfair advantage in game money wise, but they get to kill bosses and make money why cant pkers? this needs to be isolated to pkers only but i understand it concerns everyone but it isnt right. this is what all pkers want trust me
