What did you enjoy about Bounty Hunter?
I like the idea of having a target and trying to search for them, although admittedly I never tried Bounty hunter because I don't like losing items and I am terrible at PVP.
The potential impact of Bounty Hunter on existing PVP areas.
For me, the existing PVP areas are totally unappealing and I almost never go in them, so adding Bounty Hunter would not take me away from the other PVP areas because I am already not going to go to those areas. I might try Bounty Hunter though, so it would increase PVP players potentially.
I want low risk without much chance of my losing things, and with the potential to gain things. If I am going to lose things a lot, then I probably won't play Bounty Hunter. So if you want more players doing PVP, it might help to make it low risk and have better gains for those who are not expert PKers like me who don't like to lose things and are not very good at PKing. It needs to be fun and rewarding, even if I lose, so figure out how to reward someone who loses and more people will PK. Winning should have better rewards, but if I lose I still want to feel like I had fun and gained something even if I also lost something. At least some points or something that carry over to PVM to increase my drops if I lose in Bounty Hunter.
How should we add it to the game?
I think Bounty Hunter should have its own area, not too big so players can find each other, and not in regular PVP areas like the wilderness, but large enough so you can hide some if you want to.
Players should get hints as to where the other player is, and teleporting should be possible but limited.
I'd like to see different environments, including forests with lost of trees, fields and hills with a small number of trees, grasslands with no trees, desert with some cacti and rocks to hide behind, some cliffs where players can use agility and find caves and tunnels, and I'd like some dungeons and walls with skill shortcuts.
