It'd be possible to make the Wield option on darts switch them with whatever's inside your blowpipe if you clicked it while you already had a blowpipe equipped. Which wouldn't have to be BA-specific either.

Game rules don't exist to protect developers from harm, in fact. While we do like players to play the minigames, that does not necessarily mean doing it by keeping the convenient or advantageous bugs that may be found.

For what it is worth, I would like to look into the combat methods involved in Barbarian Assault to make ranged a little better, such as by making other types of ranged weapons work, but that is a larger job and one that we would look to poll before anything was changed, although I can't guarantee that it will be any time soon.

Also lets hope the fanbois dont get any favoritism like with the dead inferno as that's unfair the the rest of the osrs player base.

MastrShafter spot on!!! both of you, my opinion is that the staff is really geared(favoritism) toward THEIR personal fanbase than the game as a whole , guess the upper mgmt. is far to busy to oversee the outright favoritism that their subordinates have been doing (yes Mat, I'm calling you out) pvp tourney was a joke, I look for wildy tourney to be no different, here's a random thought, this is OLD SCHOOL, why not go back to that mentality that u staff had back when osrs was in its prime... ya know, when everything was for the total community, not just the elites and fanboi's and crown kissers

If you want to fix anything in ba why not fix the fact that you can't use capes?
Cause that may have been intended, but can anyone try and explain why is it needed in ba?
Or just something that was decided without anyone thinking too much about it?
If you didn't like the blowpipe being used like it was just take any of the suggestions above and implement them into the game? The current ammo that you take is total crap, msb is basically useless...

Those icons that appear around your feet are actually equipped in the cape slot. The developer in 2006 would have had very limited options for implementing them except by occupying one of the 'visible' equipment slots; it is not a bug that the game's had cape restrictions in its code for the last decade, even if it's not a bit of behaviour you like.

Perhaps we should have had a poll on removing the blowpipe from BA?

You misunderstood what I meant, I didn't mean harm you specifically, how does it harm the game?
If the rules aren't there to protect the game from damage or other players what are they there for?

Why put so much negativity on the Mods? Tons of people watch and enjoy the people that were involved in the tourneys, it's not like Jagex brass are the only ones.
