This has to be worst dev blog in a long time.
1. Granite cannonballs - cannoning is already ridiculously powerful aspect in slayer. Definitely can't happen.
2. Guardian boots - if boots like this will get added in game, it could mean that we might see sth as ridiculous as ganodermics back in the game (and no i don't mean it as a t85 - most of todays t"75"-s" are way too powerful compared to t70s or even t60s. Most people owning t75-s have usually at least t90 stats.) Stats that I would suggest changing to are: +28 stab, +29 slash, +30 crush, str bonus back to +2. Perhaps only then those could be balanced.
3. Granite ring - most people in f2p have empty ring slot, because no rings give any good stats. we dont need rings until the good rings get obtainable ( and also they dont have a req-s)
4. Granite gloves - Seems like rfd gloves have ruined the "standard" in glove stats. Remember how "good" Fist of Guthix gloves seemed in f2p? And not knowing anything about rfd gloves back in the day made them seem very good. If these ever pass, these gloves should be more "tanky" (and less offensive) like Rune gauntlets from fist of guthix used to be.
5.Granite (missing prefix WAR-) hammer - This one is most OP yet. Special attack is very powerful (like advanced d long). This weapon shouldn't ever have speed of 4 (or 6/9 like it used to be back in the days, and no I don't mean gameticks). Warhammers are actually most accurate 1-hand weapons in the game, but because of their 4(out of 9 or attack rate of 6) attack speed and strength bonus close to a longsword, they never seemed useful. If this weapon ever passes, it should have speed of 5, and perhaps +61 strength bonus, so it would fit with unreleased granite longsword (which won't have a spec! ).
