I like the idea of the buff to bandos boots, but there is one thing I'd like to suggest

Maybe instead of the crazy defence bonuses some of that could be knocked off and give them a str bonus to match dragon boots? It would make bandos boots more desirable to wear by many, as well as not affecting the price of primordial boots in the process, basically make them like dragon boots with a bit better defensive stats, as they do require a higher defence level to wear anyway.
