The nerf on Zulrah was called for, it's an overpowered money making method, but it's also hard to learn and takes alot of time.
But changing the stats of serpentine helm to basically useless (since you still use scales and it doesnt cause venom anymore and now only has defensive capabilities makes useless since you might aswell use a neitiznot helm.
Now to void range.. Nerfing such a prominent item set without polling any of the changes is just utter bull, anyone who has it wasted time getting it.
The old school team wanted to involve the community by polling big decision, this was a big change to the game and you failed to communicate with your players.

Zulrah nerf is fine if not a little late, update to wildy dropping is great, void nerf is pathetic, void serves a purpose and takes a full 24 hours of grinding to obtain, if you have low stats you have to spend like 48 hours in the baby boat with noobs and bots and the 10% boost barely does anything at 40 range, there are thousands of active players with accounts built around void sets and this will no doubt be the end for them, you quoted the low reqs as a reason for nerf but this is clearly about people with the highest tier gear aside from void using it in the wildy, there were other ways to fix this.

Here we go again, lets make OSRS into RS3 by not polling anything and fucking the game up. I am not going to renew my membership after this update, when the days I have left run out, I stop playing.

Well done Ash and the rest of the J-mod team, you really fucked up this time. I thought your customers, the one paying your paycheck was supposed to be voting for updates, clearly I was mistaken.

Gl with the game, you just released the worst update in OSRS history. Nearly Maxed Nerd.
