I'm personally more inclined to introduce items from actual gameplay where possible rather than making it all about clicking on a shop. We've got some actual content designs in mind for a source of those items too. However, if my colleague says he's going to hotfix something instead, I won't stand in his way.

What about all this lagg last week, alot worlds i loggin i get connection lost, and lagging so bad, only world i can use is w334 in oldschool, so please check it up,, and my pure "wdb nusko" has some problems, everytime i open bank it closes it self after 2 secound, idk why, somthing must be wrong with it

but why cant ironman get it from nmz shop? at the end its not trading a player? we have to grind it out for points too? i hope it will work out... because i'm sick of the timeout loggout... and i hate when non ironmans say no.. for ironman things please have a talk with mod mat k for it thanks for reading and responding! loveyouall

We didn't exactly poll you on the original rates of those scrolls. It was pretty apparent after launch that the design we'd chosen wasn't suitable, and when we've just released something that's clearly unsuitably balanced, it makes sense to address it rather than enshrining it permanently in its bad state. Apart from such fixes, yes, we do expect to poll new features coming into the game - and while cosmetic stuff isn't important to some players, others feel very strongly about it.

Hey Deneil Young, you must understand that if everything was to be put through a poll, updates would take for ever to come in. Unfortunately the OSRS team cant make everyone happy. The OSRS team has received various types of feedback from players throughout many different sources of social media, reddit, twitter, forums ect. Therefore they have taken everything into consideration and made the best decision they can regarding this issue.

Bear in mind that in late 2014, when Iron Man mode was being designed via a series of blogs and polls, there was a strong sentiment that NMZ was an unsuitably easy source of stuff, and not appropriate for Iron Men. This may be because the minigame itself hadn't been around so long at the time, and had more AFKing than it does now. I'd be open to changing the Iron Man restrictions there, by the way.

The sysadmins are doing what they can to block the cause of the network disruption. While players occasionally wonder why we're doing game updates when all that's going on, frankly it's not something the OSRS team can help the sysadmins do better, so cancelling game updates wouldn't help.

As for your bank closing while you're logged in, I'm afraid I can't guess at a cause from the info available there.
