...overtime it would have driven Bandos armour prices a lot lower, and in effect, would have eventually made the community warm up to want a newer tier melee set...
I'd rather have the demand for higher-tier kit arise because of players wanting the stats and abilities, not because of the price.
Also without being annoying, just wondering on the estimated time this update will take? Just so I roughly know when to come back on for grinding! Cheers OSRS mod team

Could we have a list of monsters that were altered to drop challenge scrolls when previously they did not?
The aim was that anything in the species should do it. For example, only certain skeletons did it before, specifically the ones with round shields. Now they should all do it. Maz has spent a lot of time trawling the game to find the creatures that needed updating for this

Hmm I would rather see the Twisted Bow's independent effectiveness changed, than to buff NPC Range Defence suddenly; it could be seen as punishing to Range Based Account Builds for an item that'll be for most, completely inaccessible.
The twisted bow had a cap put in its effectiveness. Anything with a magic level of over 250, will now be treat as if it was 250.
In case of Graardor, its magic level was lowered, and its magic armour value was significantly increased - overall to any other attack, it is functionally equal. This is generally the solution that is available, if something has a high magic level, and doesn't really need it for any attacks.
In case of dagannoth supreme, he is meant to be only damaged by melee, in this case, the Twisted bow highlighted this lack of range defence, so it was increased (even the blowpipe was quite reasonable against supreme, and shouldn't have been). His rangedef is equal to say, Dagannoth rex's melee defence. Which I believe is fair to the spirit of what is intended at those bosses.

There's a little countdown on the screen telling you when the reboot is due (about 11.17am GMT), and reboots typically take a couple of mins once they happen. Though you may find things a bit slow for a while after a reboot as everyone downloads the update.

Is this the 'System Update in: __ ' timer in game sorry?
Question not related to the topic, related to gold premiers 2017.
Is there any chance that we could have a thread on the gold premiers 2017 forum named under "Gold Premiers 2017 OSRS Chat Thread. It's a little hard to join into a Runescape conversation when majority players posting on there is Rs3 content.
Also, weekly announcement threads are usually "sticky" please fix.
