It'll no longer be effective against Graardor, as it really shouldn't have been given he doesn't have a magic attack.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean there. We're posting news on the site rather than in the main body of the forum thread because we've finally got a permanent news archive, which is a lot better than having to hunt threads in here.

Hmm I would rather see the Twisted Bow's independent effectiveness adjusted, than to buff NPC Range Defence suddenly, it could be seen as punishing to Range Based Account Builds to nerf all range effectiveness simply for one item that is for most, completely inaccessible.

Unless of course these changes were added since the balance of Range in PVM was a general topic to analyze. -

Having the Twisted Bow so powerful on Graardor was good, because overtime it would have driven Bandos armour prices down to be very cheap, and in effect, would have eventually made the community warm up to the idea of a higher tier melee set, such as the Elder Armour - having a much higher value.

I thought it was brilliant long term planning as this game inevitably progresses forward with upward scaling and demand.
