The swag bag should be re-named the Loot Bag, since you use it to put loot in you obtained in the wilderness.
As a non-pker, I see no benefit to going in the wild to skill. The reason is, I can't fight back because I am equipped for skilling not for pking, and also I am not skilled at pking so I have no idea how to survive when attacked by another player, and I feel too vulnerable to even try no matter how good the loot is, UNLESS something is done to make me a tank, making me have really high defence, and hard to damage, in which case maybe I could survive.
My goal in the wilderness as a non combat skiller is not to fight but to avoid fighting and gain loot. Since I am not fighting, I need to be super strong defensively to make me feel its worth trying to skill in the wild. Otherwise, your food chain is going to be broken, because just like now the skillers won't go in the wild when we feel we have no chance to escape or keep anything, and our only chance is to run or log out since we are incapable of fighting effectively.
It would also be nice to have some way to fight back when equipped for non combat skilling, so even if you are terrible at PKing you could set off a bomb or trap to kill your attackers. I would love to have weapons available to non pkers which could level the playing field and let me blow up an entire clan and kill them all if they dare attack me.
Basically, I want non combat skillers to have over-powered attacks, and overpowered defence to make up for the fact we are not good at PKing and the likelihood we are going into the wild solo and are going to be outmatched and outnumbered.
If you want me, the skiller, someone who never PKs and is terrible at it and knows it, in the wild, then you have to give me greater incentives to be there, and that means greater chance of surviving and greater chance to kill PKers without having skill at PKing, which means I need overpowered attacks and defences and means of escape.
