It wasn't listed as one of the changes but the black salamander hunting spot is terrible exp. Hunting reds is better exp I'm 90% sure and that requires no risk. The black salamander traps could do with better net spots and spawns.

this game isn't even a years old not everyone has maxed combat and skills to top this off players would need to spend a year just training their stats to be able to have the requirements to stand a chance

I have not played as regular as others and my only lacking skill is hunter. I have every other skill where i can do almost anything in the game.

There are people with max combat stats and 3 players with 99 in every skill. And you complain about the "requirements to stand a chance"?

What you and other pkers are wanting is to kill cows and not dragons. I am saying ok, kill cows but kill cows with fists and not swords.

you didn't address your statement about randomly throwing in an npc that drops a whip neglecting the HOURS of time it takes to get 85 slayer

Did I say a npc dropping a whip? I believe a dark beast in the wild dropping whips would be just fine. And it takes just as long to get 99 Hp as to get 99 Slayer. It is just for 99 slayer you always have to be going back and forth between Slayer masters and slayer creatures, for 99 hp, you can camp the same creature for hours and hours.

While much of this wont affect me, I think these are some really great ideas.

The fishing spots are especially intriguing.

I think it's nice that there seems to be things that will make the Wilderness a more beneficial and fun place to be for not only PKers, but PvMers and even skill-oriented players as well. I love updates which can appeal to nearly everyone.

Without knowing too much about the desired strength/cb of the proposed new bosses/monsters, I hope that there are some are geared to both high and lower cb PKers/PvMers to keep the Wildy a useful place for all levels and keep them coming back throughout their RS career. I'd not want to see the lower cb players completely overshadowed by high-level bosses and monsters, so I'd hope there is one miniboss that lower levelled (40 - 60? cb) Wilderness-goers can have a crack at. But I have no doubt that this has already been thought of. :)

Anyways, it all looks great to me. :)

You get almost the same exp when killing a slayer creature on assignment in hp and in slayer.

This is interesting. I wonder how it'll work out in long term. "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. If we let players start doing this, it devalues RuneScape for others. We feel your status in real-life shouldn't affect your ability to be successful in RuneScape."
