Also, im not sure if you're still collecting ideas, but in case, here's 2.

Weapon Chain
This could be attached to any 2h weapon to give it stats equal equivalent of what would be a level 75 or 78 defender. It would also increase the speed of any said item to 6 and adjust stats accordingly, if they end up being too high. This means that some 2h weapons that could traditionally be used could now be used for DPS - for instance, if you prefer their look. But you could also apply it to ZS to reap it's benefits in high-end PvM. This item would be consumable, and could consume the item used along with the chain to dust after 20 hours. This would provide a nice item and money sink(if you used it on weapon other than ZS).

Draconic Sharpening Stone
I think several oldschoolers like me might be disappointed in seeing some of the more iconic weapons in OSRS disappearing from the OSRS. Draconic Sharpening stone could be used on a piece of a Dragon Weapon, making it a level 78 weapon and adjusting it's speed to 6 and stats around that, and removing the spec, but the item would crumble to dust after 1 hour of combat, providing a gold sink. The Draconic Sharpening stone would be consumed on use.

What about the fact that those "level 30s" are slowly always improving themselves, so they'll be able to do the content?

You were a low level once, too; by your logic you should not be allowed to vote either.

On topic, I will be voting yes, if I find the time to vote at all, to most of this content. OSRS is rather stale for me atm, but that dragon harpoon sounds very nice...

EDIT: On the topic of the harpoon, I know it says that you can use it from your inventory, but will it have the option to be equipable? It would save an inventory spot for fish... Oh, I almost forgot.

It says right at the start of the post for the harpoon that they are able to be equipped if u have 60 attack :P

Can you confirm if thats 20% or 20 percentage points. Or will it take 20% or 20 percentage points off the chance not to catch a fish?.
You got this wrong on the zeah range.

Also to the guy above me , they posted combat stats of the harpoon so it would follow that it is equip-able.

I'm glad changes are being made based on feedback. I think the Twisted bow could be more than it was nerfed to, though. Still quite useful, however, so hope it passes either way :)

I said what I said because the first line says it will be equipable. Then the first line under the stats says this:

The Dragon Harpoon requires level 60 Attack to equip and level 75 Fishing to use. It can be used from the inventory and does not need to be equipped.
