I am 100% in favor of this update. This isn't even faster XP than Lavas and profits won't be that great.

I also can't remember one time someone went up to a person with a Runecrafting cape and said "Lol nice ZMI, noob!". Runecrafting was still seen as a prestigious 99 when ZMI was in the game previously. It wasn't until Runespan that Runecrafting had been 'devalued'. Regardless, I know how shook this community is over anything happening in this game. It'd be better if they stopped updating it altogether, I suppose.

No thanks for me. I understand the OSRS team willing to offer variety in skills but let's face it; this is a repeat-the-same-thing-100million-times-game.... and I like it that way :)

I suggest using (even if it might be a litte) dev time to revive old (aka dead) content instead.

it's low level content i believe. it's something different for the players. i like the idea. :D

This xp isn't much better than current xp rates for Abyss or balloon laws. It's just makes it a little easier at the cost of choosing your runes.

This update will bump with the demand for lower level runes so you can access the bank and decrease supply of higher tier runes.

Massive Support! Loved the ZMI Alter. Its no where near OP as RS3 Runespan. Stop hatin'.

Haha was laughing at your blue skin. MTX, right? You judge persons, but you do the exact same. Buying MTX stuff. Facepalm.

To the topic:

I don't see a problem with ZMI. The xp rates are better, but i don't see more and more people doing Runecrafting. The skill will still require stamina and lots of hours of work to achieve 99. You can't even compare these rates with any RS3 xp rates. This is pathetic.

Why wasnt this introducted when osrs was released? If it was virtually finished then it shouldn't have been a problem.

I just crafted 140k lavas to 77, and I know for a fact that those exp rates posted are inaccurate. 50k+ is easily obtainable at 70+.

If this doesnt pass im seriously questioning the community i'm in tbh.
When the xp rates are correct its not even OP, Lavas will still be the best xp for these AHK users, souls is best xp for the and slow afk ppl, natures and astrals is still best money, ZMI is just something in between, not best xp, not good money and not AFK, i dont see the problem.

Im 99 rc and i like this.
