It's not like it's a terrible thing to add but it really has no value and not much of a purpose. No one will be really wanting to use this unless there is some benefit that's unseen and fresh to runecrafting. We already can get what we want in Runecrafting. I don't want to wait a week just for this to be the main thing added in the next update if so, I'd rather more fresh content, because that breathes life in the game. This update is not needed, it wouldn't hurt to add just as a tiny update but.... honestly it changes barely anything. Add something that excites and motivates people, an altar that gives random runes gives barely any motivation or build up. I played in 2007 and paid this altar no attention at all and so did a lot of other people... so... yeah. Keep up the good work though and I love the effort of communicating with the community.

You have to keep in mind that 90% of the playerbase aren't min/maxers like you and a lot of the XP chasers. The XP rates are probably right for someone who doesn't use AHK or exploit ticks.

yeah looks like jagex xp rates include 15 sec banking time etc

Another skill being devalued for no apparent reason.

The XP/hours shown on this thread won't be accurate, players will be able to smash those rates as proven with most updates to training methods Jagex have released in the past.

The only way I'd consider voting yes to this is if the XP/hour was somehow capped at the proposed rates.

Why would you wanne do this "easyscape" update!!????

RC and Slay are 2 very hard skils to get 99, but they are the only 2...
So please keep it that way!

The reason i play Oldschool Runscape is becuz its challenging to get skills up, not like RS3...

If this happens i would consider quitting :/

Maybe only 1.5x XP rate and no trading allowed inside the "dungeon" if that's what you want to call it? If something like this is going to be added to the game then I think it needs to be at a point where it's lower GP/hr than methods such as double cosmics/astrals/natures but slightly faster XP/hr but also less XP/hr than methods such as lavas.

If people can truly start smashing 60k xp/hr like some of the efficient skillers are claiming then it's essentially lava runes with profit.

Edit: As for the argument of "but we've already had a runecrafting update as blood/soul runes it's too soon for another". I hope those aren't the same people supporting adding a new slayer update practically every month.

It can't be put in the game without 75% support, right? Right? Unless of course they do things as "usual" for them and simply poll it til it gets the answer THEY want.

As to the ZMI.. I see this fast moving train and from this aerial view I also see the tracks washed out up ahead..
