Like the nerf on Elder Armour strength bonus to match bandos, still think that either a) the defensive bonus's need to be reduced in line with barrows gear or b) the armour has to cost an insane amount to recharge fully. Otherwise stuff like bossing in this gear (e.g GWD) would just become to easy.

Elder armour in its current state is WORSE than bandos for godwars. Look at the magic defense.

its going to be the best gear in the game, void better than range gear and bandos going to better new melee gear, what a joke this is, rather not vote for raids tbh, and its should be 80 tier not 75 tier

It's terrible.
You wouldn't use it at GWD (except for attacking zammy) due to the disgusting mage defence, it wouldn't be used by pkers in clanwars/clan cups/deep wildy (for the few PKers who go deep risking basically anything) because of the mage def and the strength reduction has nerfed Elder armour even more.
You're just a PKer who has some messed up magic account and therefore seems to think he knows everything about the game. Elder could be +6 str on helm/plate then +3 on legs and not be OP, right now they need to completely change the mage defence as you'd take so much damage somewhere like bandos that the accuracy bonuses wouldn't even boost your dps.

The mage defense is terrible, I've already agreed to that. There's no reason the penalties should be that harsh. I actually wouldn't mind if it had no penalties at all and just +0 to mage def as it would be inconsequential.
And messed up mage account? Considering it's built the way it should be, no. My mage is higher than necessary, but that's due to using it and the extra combat levels is of no issue at all.

Believe magic to only be for support? Think again. It's just as valid of a Pking style as melee and range is.
