Hey Maz,

Can you pretty please consider adding a toggle for the "coins to inventory" bonus of the ROW.

Currently you have to have it wielded to receive the RDT increase (like normal) but a lot of the time i personally find coins being added to the inventory a nuisance (Think: like someone throwing a gnomeball in to your inventory randomly while slaying and taking up a invent space).

We are stuck with the choice of ALL or NOTHING when it comes to these 2 bonuses received from the ring.

Im normally not one to complain much, but if it's a quick fix to add the toggle as a right-click option to the ring (or even put the toggle on the boss log or something), I'm sure the few people who use the ROW for the RDT effect only and not coins will appreciate it.

Based on results I've seen on the tournament worlds, the wand is really weak. The accuracy difference is not noticeable (as I suspected would be the case), it' will not be able to get kills as SoTd w/ z flames can and the autocast is not enough to make up for the 10% lower damage.

The only real use I see for it is bursting/barraging. Either give it some perk or lower its accuracy (to around 17) and give it a built in spell to allow mages to use venge.

Some perk possibilities are:

A surgebox like effect which provides a chance of dealing additional damage in the form of a separate hitsplat. Ideally, the chances of activation would depend on the spell used. Ice barrage for example should have very low chances due to its strong bind.

If it's meant to be BIS for accuracy, give it a % based accuracy modifier. With the way mage works, mage attack bonuses really do not attribute to much with such small numbers. A % based increase should solve this problem. I'd say it should be no more than 5%.

Update

The maul though, seems to be fine. It tends to hit often enough for a melee weapon and can be very viable when used with venge or comboed with other weps. Not that bad by itself either,hitting b2b 40+-50+ hits was not that uncommon. This is with 99attk vs 99def with bandos/dh gear so for actual pking with 75attack vs 45-75 def with rune or dh..I expect the results to be better.

Bludgeon will be better in PvM, but since this is primarily a PvP weapon-that doesn't matter much.

Believe magic to only be for support? Think again. It's just as valid of a Pking style as melee and range is.

I found the beta weapons are too overpowered, I'm seriously getting killed in a couple/few hits with those weapons (vengance, then a massive hit, or couple specs + elder maul = dead, etc)
I honestly think they shouldn't be added into the game permanently, unless mage/range gets stronger equipment/weapons, or a more balanced stat to stat weapons/armor for each type of combat, (e.g mage gets upgraded weapons, along with melee/range, making them more even in terms of power/damage/defense, etc.) I mean the elder maul is overpowered to the point if you even should consider adding it you would have to remake/balance out all other dynamics of the combat system.
Heck, I just tried out top melee gear, ags, and elder maul and killed two people without even trying, landed couple hits of 59, 52, etc and they we're dead just like that.
