Literally losing connection every 5 minutes, it's like its getting worse to.

Does this mean the wand is going to stay at 5% dmg? I was dissapointed that it wasn't at 15% like originally proposed :( , I watched last night's stream as well so I must've missed the nerf announcement if that occurred at all. -
