tome of fire gives 50% damage boost to standard fire spells? what a fucking joke, with tormented bracelet, occult, smoke battlestaff, and the tome of fire, YOU WOULD BE HITTING 37's with firewave (current max hit with fire wave is 25). all these %dmg boosts are so stupid. magic is being ruined its very sad. trying to balance the damage between magic range and melee..... does not make sense when you can freeze and hit enemies from a distance. not to mention the million other things you can do with mage. mage doesnt need anymore damage buffs.the ones we already got have been mistakes

Tome of Fire - 50% max hit increase is too much, 20-25% tops.
Excellent way of making it dead on release. The intent behind the tomb is obviously to make Fwave a more viable choice. 50% is a must.
What I'm worried about is how it stacks with the existing buffs to magic damage (e.g. Smoke staves). If it does stack with the existing buffs, it will be very overpowered. If it does not stack, it will devalue those items (Smoke staves in particular since those are perfect for casting offensive fire spells). I just ranted about this "dead on release" bs in another dev blog; *balancing* something doesn't make it "dead on release", it prevents the game from becoming RS3 all over again. Which is the way we're heading right now.

tbh the fire tome seems very reasonable. it's not like you're hitting 6 different things anywhere from 20-30
i say please do it. it would allow some money to be made from the wintertodt. the pages and the book are tradable and it certainly opens up the use of the normal spellbook for pvp and pvm minigames, and also 1v1 pvp/staking it would change so much in such a reasonable way.
it wouldn't be anywhere near ancients in terms of xp farming, so, what's the deal?

Please, for the love of God, add the nonmembers skill worlds. 500, 750, 1000, any increment. just make it so legit, hard working players have a good world to call their own.

Lol are you serious? Magic is already the weakest skill in the game. Currently barrage can hit 37's on multiplate targets, yet a single target fire spell that requires very specific BiS gear is overpowered? Learn the game before ignorant posts.
