The ranger tunic should be on par with Black Dragonhide & Third Age if people plan on even using it. That is, a +30 range attack bonus.

And for those of you complaining about too many "RS3" things being added in, just remember that the ONLY bad thing about runescape 3 is the graphics, and EOC...

Pre-EOC and RS3 graphic updates everything was fine!!!!

Why on earth would they give it the same attack bonus as black *hide when it only requires 40 range and not 70? use your brain please.

Awesome, another attempt to make Agility worthless. There already exists a method of managing run energy. AGILITY level and ENERGY POTS. Releasing stamina potions is a slap in the face to people like me who have gone and grinded out 250+ hours simply for the benefit of increased energy regen. Stop complaining about run energy and go level Agility. It's there for a reason.
